Eight destinations open now, more opening through 2027. Filter by subject, budget, number of nights or the exact week your calendar allows.
Swap a museum for a cooking class. Add a night. Move to a quieter week. Every change re-prices instantly, so there’s never a surprise invoice.
Share a link. Students and parents register interest before a single deposit exists. When the numbers work, you confirm in one click.
Words truly cannot express how grateful I am for everything you did to make this trip a fantastic experience. You went above and beyond in every way, even giving up your room for one of our passengers. You can personally use me as a reference any time.
I cannot thank you enough for arranging all the activities for the Canada trip. It has been amazing. Robert has been a godsend; his English is impeccable and we experienced so much more than previous years. We even got a picture with Bonhomme. That has never happened before.
Absolutely fabulous. The Global Educational Tours team created a fantastic experience for our group. He has a unique gift for handling both the expected and the unexpected. He leads with care and thoughtfulness, and his depth of historical knowledge adds such value. Highly recommended.

France

Expanded cards with photographs from our own groups, plus nights, season and a from-price. The days sit on the card. You don’t have to guess.

Civics & History
The only city where the civics textbook is the skyline. Seventeen Smithsonian museums, all free, all walkable from the Mall. The Capitol tour is the part students still quote in class in September.
Admin-friendly: shortest travel days, lowest cost per learning hour, strongest curriculum tie-in.
3 days and 2 nights in Washington, with transport, accommodation, admissions and meals arranged as one booking.
Capitol tour, Mall memorials by night, two Smithsonians.
Adds Arlington, Mount Vernon and a congressional office visit.
Tidal Basin at peak bloom. Book about eleven months out.

Two and a half miles of red brick connect the entire American Revolution, and four of the strongest university campuses on the continent sit on the same loop.
Pairs a history unit with a college-visit day. Parents love the second half.
Adds Salem, the Tea Party Ship and an MIT admissions session.
Full trail with a costumed guide, plus Harvard Yard.

3 days and 2 nights in Québec, with transport, accommodation, admissions and meals arranged as one booking.
Guided immersion walks, Petit Champlain, Montmorency Falls.
Same city, leaner budget. Built for first-time group leaders.

A bilingual metropolis with cobblestones, a Biodôme, an Olympic tower and the best bagel argument in North America.

3 days and 2 nights in Montréal, with transport, accommodation, admissions and meals arranged as one booking.
Old Port, Notre-Dame, Olympic Park and a sugar-shack lunch.

Lowest price point we offer, and the strongest single-subject learning outcome.
Two guided field days and an evening ranger program.
Adds Eisenhower Farm and a reenactor artillery demonstration.

Skyline & Culture
The CN Tower by afternoon, Niagara Falls the next morning. Canada’s largest city is a media and finance capital with the energy to match, built around one clean Ontario coach loop.
A culture-and-skyline unit that often costs less than a domestic flight.
CN Tower, ROM, Niagara Falls day trip.

Field Science
Glacial geology you can put your hand on. Moraine Lake at sunrise, larch valleys in September, an icefield in between.
Earth science, at scale. The only itinerary where the landscape is the entire curriculum.
Icefield traverse and two guided geology field sessions.
Language & Art
Six nights inside the périphérique, not a suburban airport hotel. Students commute by Métro like Parisians, because that is the lesson.
Paused while we re-open international departures. Waitlist leaders get first pick when Paris returns.
Adds the D-Day beaches, Mont-Saint-Michel and two Loire châteaux.
The same city, one fewer night.
Central accommodation, Métro passes, three guided museum seminars.

WWII & Heritage
Omaha Beach at low tide, Mont-Saint-Michel at dusk, Honfleur for lunch. History that students physically stand inside.
Paused alongside Paris while we re-open international departures. Chaperones ask when it is coming back.
Bolts onto any Paris itinerary as an extension.
The full arc: capital, coast and châteaux.

Fjords & Sustainability
Viking history, fjord ecosystems and a sustainability case study students can measure. Plus a real chance at the aurora.
Built with science departments. Field data collection is part of the itinerary.
Coastal voyage with two field-science mornings.
Coaches, hotels, guides and meals live in one tab, not in a binder of supplier emails.
Choose a city, drop in sites, set your dates. The itinerary fills in transfer times, meal windows and free blocks so you’re not drawing a timetable by hand.
Flights, motorcoaches, hotels, guided tours and meals settle on a single invoice with a single point of contact.
Share one link. Watch interest arrive in real time. Decide with data, not a show of hands in homeroom.
Dates, activities, group size: edit freely until you confirm. Nothing’s locked until you’re ready. After you accept, the 60-day lock is real, and we say so up front.
Individual payment plans, automatic reminders, live balance per traveler. You never collect a check again.
A tour operator on our own team answers for every departure, not a ticket queue. Delayed flight, sick student, closed memorial: handled. Average reply is about ninety seconds.
You became a teacher to teach, not to reconcile motorcoach quotes. Global Educational Tours takes roughly 40 hours of admin off a single trip: the planning, the collection, the rooming lists, the reminders.

The file your board already asks for, ready when you start planning: risk assessments, insurance certificates, supplier vetting, emergency protocols and a live traveler manifest.

One clear price with nothing hidden underneath it. A monthly payment plan. A daily itinerary you can read at breakfast, and an emergency number that a human answers.

A night walk on the Mall after the memorials light up. Ordering lunch in French you’ve only ever written. Standing on Little Round Top instead of reading about it.

The scariest part of a school trip is the guess. You pick a city, a price and a week, then hope thirty families agree. Share a link instead. Watch interest land in real time, and adjust the trip until the numbers work.
Drag the price. Interest updates the way it does in the real app.

Approval is the real bottleneck in school travel. We hand you the file, complete, the day you start planning, not three weeks after you ask.

Yes. Building itineraries, comparing Québec with New York or Washington D.C., running an interest page and sharing quotes with families costs nothing. You pay only when you confirm a departure and travelers begin their payment plans.
Domestic and Canadian trips comfortably run on four to six months. Europe and Costa Rica want eight to twelve. Two exceptions: Québec Winter Carnival and the Washington D.C. cherry-blossom weeks. Those groups book about eleven months out and still fill.
Transport (flights or motorcoach), accommodation, listed meals, every activity on the itinerary, local guides, taxes and gratuities. The number you show parents is the number they pay. Optional extras such as an insurance upgrade or a Broadway ticket are always shown separately.
That’s precisely what the interest tracker prevents. You gather non-binding interest first, adjust price or dates while it costs nothing to change, and only confirm once the group is viable. You can change anything until the day you accept.
One free place per ten paying students on domestic and Canadian departures, and one per twelve internationally. Groups over sixty receive an additional complimentary place. Ratios are calculated automatically as your list grows.
Yes, and they should. Each family gets their own account, their own interest-free monthly plan and their own automated reminders. Group leaders never handle money, chase a check or reconcile a spreadsheet.
You call one number and a member of our operations team answers, not an outsourced call center. Every departure has a named contact, a local backup operator and a written plan for missed connections, illness and weather.
Every activity in the library is tagged by subject and level, and each itinerary exports a learning-outcomes summary you can attach to your proposal. Language departments can request additional immersion hours on any French or Spanish itinerary.
Tell us the grade, the city and a week. A planner sends a costed outline, usually within one business day. We call only if you ask.
